The Tax Office

The Tax Office was a government building in the City of the Champion on the island Thasos, Greece. Part of Thasos City, it was used by the government to store the taxes obtained from the citizens of Thasos. Due to the large sums of money stored there, it was protected by a small military force.

During the Peloponnesian War, the Spartan misthios Kassandra explored the place.[1]
