Sylvia Duke was a British criminal, who operated in London at the time of the Victorian era.

Duke spent her entire life as a criminal, and at some point joined the Blighters. Over the years, she gathered a dangerous group of brutes and bodyguards around her, who aided in her crimes. The Metropolitan Police Service took an interest in Duke for many different crimes, including theft, jailbreak, vandalism, trafficking, and possession of illegal goods.

In 1868, Sergeant Frederick Abberline asked help from his Assassin allies, Jacob and Evie Frye, who located Sylvia Duke in the Strand and managed to deliver her to the authorities.
