The Sword of Damocles was a short sword adorned with a purple orb and named for the courtier Damokles from Greek myth.

In 2020, the Assassin Layla Hassan relived Eivor Varinsdottir's memories and modified her Animus to include this sword as part of the shieldmaiden's arsenal.^[1]
