Sometime prior to 1981, this individual was made to view the genetic memories of his ancestor, Aveline de Grandpré, while they were recorded by Abstergo. Eventually, in 2012, the memories were used as the basis for Abstergo Entertainment's video game Liberation at Abstergo Entertainment.

Subject 1 died of a seizure, whilst in the Animus.
