The Sty was a warrior bow of Nubian origin. In the 1st century BCE, it was quite common throughout Egypt where the Rain of Arrows, another warrior bow identical to it, could also be found.
The Medjay Bayek of Siwa acquired the bow sometime during his journey throughout Egypt.[1]
