Steel is carbonized iron, which is commonly used in numerous ways.
History
In the 15th and 16th centuries, the Spanish Brotherhood of Assassins utilized the metal, along with its Damascus and Toledo variants, to forge a number of weapons and armors for use against the Spanish Templars.[1]
