The Spada Lunga was a heavy weapon that was obtainable by the Assassin Ezio Auditore during the 16th century.
The weapon could only be unlocked via a shop quest, by collecting specific trade items for the blacksmith on Tiber Island in Rome. However, while this may be randomly generated, it is possible to get this weapon during the Battle for Viana in which you kill Cesare. It has a chance to be used by the brutes.
