Shima Sakon (9 June 1540 – 21 October 1600) was a Japanese samurai during the Sengoku period. Initially serving the Tsutsui clan, Sakon joined Ishida Mitsunari under the Toyotomi clan.
While many Japanese warlords were hesitant to adopt firearms, Sakon embraced the change and constituted a force of a thousand men equiped with muskets and cannons. At the Battle of Sekigahara on 21 October 1600, Sakon was killed by the Assassin Hattori Hanzō.
