The Sanctum of Har-si-ese was a sanctuary in a cave in the afterlife of Ramesses II, Heb Sed.
History[edit | edit source]
In 38 BCE, the Hidden One Bayek of Siwa helped Setna with retrieving three important symbols for his trials. Once he had collected all of them, they met at the Sanctum of Har-si-ese, where Setna laid them on the ground for his father, Ramesses. An apparition of the pharaoh appeared and gave Setna his blessing in walking his own path and becoming a scribe. Later on, Setna would write some scrolls and leave them at the sanctum.[1]
