Salvador Isabelino del Sagrado Corazón de Jesús Allende Gossens (Spanish pronunciation: [salβaˈðoɾ aˈʝende ˈɣosens]; 26 June 1908 – 11 September 1973) was a Chilean medic and is generally considered the first democratically elected Marxist to become president of Chile.

As revealed in rifts found in the game, Templars organized a military coup to overthrow Allende and install general Augusto Pinochet, a member of the Templar Order as the dictator of Chile. The coup was masterminded by Henry Kissinger.
