The Sacrificial Altar was a ruined shrine located in the southern tip of Skandeia Bay on Kythera Island, Greece.
During the Peloponnesian War the Spartan misthios Kassandra explored the location, finding the remains of old sacrifices, in the shadow of a dead tree.[1]
