Running Scared is a memory from Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood.
Description
Ezio approached a courtesan who told him that even though he had banished her from the brothel, Giuletta was still giving away secrets to their enemies; this time to a Spanish ambassador. The courtesan asked Ezio to scare Giuletta, thus making her flee to the ambassador, after which Ezio would have a chance to strike him down.
Ezio quickly located Giuletta and scared her to make flee to the ambassador. He followed the fleeing courtesan and even though she received help from the nearby guards, Ezio managed to tail her to the Spanish ambassador. After that, he swiftly killed him and warned Giuletta to stay out of Rome.
Dialogue

Outcome
Ezio killed the Spanish ambassador and Giuletta left Rome.
Trivia
- To achieve full synchronization, Ezio must only kill the ambassador.
