The Ruler of the Storm was a legendary khopesh said to strike like a howling sandstorm, such that it was able to bring the wielder's opponents to their knees.
Through an Animus modification, it was made available to the Medjay Bayek of Siwa by Layla Hassan, an Assassin who relived his memories in 2017.[1]
