Robert Howe (1732 – 14 December 1786) was a Major General in the Continental Army, who led his command at Savannah, Georgia, until the Capture of Savannah in 1778. The Colonial Assassins believed Howe had connections to the Templars and aided the British Army led by Archibald Campbell. However, Howe was acquitted of wrongdoing at his court martial.
