The River Berbha is a river that crosses Ireland.

History

Vagn's scouts informed him that the river played a part in the legend of Lugh, leading to Viking shieldmaiden Eivor Varinsdottir of the Raven Clan searching for his legacy. She eventually found his helmet and cloak inside fortifications along the river. Inside the Wicker Grove, she also found a clue which allowed her to locate River Erriff.

After the Festering Valley hired two mercenaries to be their "Champions of the Faith", Eivor returned and defeated them, claiming their weapon for herself.

Behind the scenes

River Berbha is a playable location introduced in Assassin's Creed: Valhalla. Originally not available in the base game, the location was added through the River Raids update released on 6 September 2021.
