Reda was an Egyptian nomadic merchant and child prodigy who made rounds throughout Lower Egypt with his camel named Amun during the reign of Ptolemy XIII.
Allegedly an orphan, Reda told Bayek several stories on his parents' deaths. He first told that a Phylakitai of Alexandria caught them stealing aand boiled them in a bronze bull. Later, he told Bayek that his father was poisoned by his mother and that she was later killed by a hippopotamus.
