Raşit El Zübeydi (unknown – 1189) was a Levantine Assassin during the Middle Ages.
In 1189, Raşit was inside Masyaf castle when a Templar force captured the Assassin fortress. He was captured, and lined up to be executed by Haras in an attempt to make the Assassin leader Al Mualim reveal the location of the Apple of Eden. The Assassin Altaïr Ibn-La'Ahad managed to infiltrate the fortress and kill Haras, but he was too late to save Raşit.
