Ralph Ineson (born 15 December 1969) is an English actor who portrays Charles Vane in Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag. He is the best known for playing Chris Finch in The Office, Amycus Carrow in the Harry Potter films and Dagmer Cleftjaw in Game of Thrones.
