The Pirate Waistband was a type of waistband and part of a set of armor in the 5th century BCE Greece.

During the Peloponnesian War, the set of armor was in the possession of the Gods of the Aegean Sea branch of the Cult of Kosmos, with Sokos, a self-proclaimed 'protector of the Obsidian Islands', holding onto the waistband. The Spartan misthios Kassandra claimed it after the demise of Sokos.[1]
