The Petrified Blade was a dagger found within the Petrified Valley on the island of Lesbos, Greece. Despite suffering the same fate as everything around it, the blade was still surprisingly durable.
During the Peloponnesian War, the Spartan misthios Kassandra promised to help Bryce get to her lover, Ligeia. Eventually they ended up at the entrance of a curiously built structure within the fog, and Kassandra agreed to find a way to get inside. In return, she received this blade.[1]
