The Persian Assassins were the Brotherhood of Assassins located in the Persian Empire during the 5th century BCE.
In 465 BCE, the Persian Assassin Darius assassinated the murderer of Xerxes I "Artabanus" the head chief of the persian military, who was supported by the Templars,[1] which was the first usage of the Assassins' iconic Hidden Blade. This made Darius one of the most renowned Assassins in the Order.[2]
