Don Pedro Navarro, Conde de Oliveto (c. 1460 – 28 August 1528) was a Spanish military engineer and general.

In 1511, he was visited by Ottoman Assassins in Tripoli, who offered him money and protection in exchange for knowledge of his renowned weaponry.
