- "When it comes back to the test of whether we are doing our job or not, it's whether we're promoting development, not whether we're promoting democracy."
- ―Paul Wolfowitz, 2005.[src]
Paul Dundes Wolfowitz (born 22 December 1943) is a former President of the World Bank, who served as the United States Deputy Secretary of Defense from 2001 to 2005.
Part of the Bush administration, Wolfowitz was manipulated by the Templar corporation Abstergo Industries. With the administration's low level of regulation on the private sector, Abstergo secured greater influence.
