The Patched Bandit Greaves were a type of greaves commonly worn by bandits throughout Greece during the 5th century BCE.
During the Peloponnesian War, such graves were acquired by the Spartan misthios Kassandra either by purchasing from blacksmiths, or looting corpses and chests.[1]
