Ezio, my friend! How may I be of service?

This article is in desperate need of a revamp. Please improve it in any way necessary in order for it to achieve a higher standard of quality in accordance with our Manual of Style.

"Good morning sir, it would appear that we have a situation. Project Legacy has been compromised!"
―A. Peake in Erudito's phonetap 1

Anson Peake was the Project Manager for Abstergo Industries, dealing in User Stability and the link between the recruits in Project Legacy and Abstergo Industries. He provides intel about the overall objective of Project Legacy, helps recruits in case of problems, and provides news in the Fan Page of the Project.

Born in Manchester, England, Anson Peake earned degrees in business management and psychology before being recruited by Abstergo Industries. As the manager of Project Legacy, Peake was responsible for the smooth running of day-to-day operations, which meant monitoring recruits, helping them resolve any problem they encountered, as well as compiling daily reports of their findings. Peake took his job very seriously, but apparently was not aware of neither the true objectives of the project nor the fact that his employer was the corporate front of the Templar Order.

Anson Peake loves to play Solitaire, considering it a good therapy after a long day. He himself says that he is a skilled player, information that Erudito contradicts. According to Erudito, Anson Peake also has an unconditional love for his cats, owning more than 200 pictures of them.

Friendly and outgoing, but somewhat pompous, Peake reportedly loved to spend time with his cats and watch football- being, not surprisingly, a huge Manchester United fan. Peake was aware that Project Legacy had been compromised by Erudito. Though he attempted to follow procedure and ensure that the Project remained secure, standard Abstergo security measures proved to be insufficient. The security breaches resulted in Abstergo deciding to put the Project on hold. Soon afterwards, the company announced that Peake had gone missing.

On the 30th of June 2011, the management of Abstergo Industries announced that Anson Peake had gone missing and asked for the recruits' cooperation in the event that he contacted any of them.[1]

A. Peake: Good morning sir, it would appear that we have a situation. Project Legacy has been compromised. Err… This morning we noticed that a component was installed in the DDS firmware, allowing outside interaction with the recruits.

???: Mr. Peake, what exactly do you mean by interaction?

A. Peake: Err, well, it would seem that some of the new memories have appeared completely out of sequence with our itinerary, originating in the early 16th century and they’re all over Europe, the only binding that ties these memories is the fact that all persons originate from Italy.

???: Can you isolate the source subject?

A. Peake: That's just it. There is no source subject in our records. They are coming from an outside console, they appear to be memories from all across the map, I mean, Paris, Lisbon, Cologne, Moscow, err, Calicut, Constantinople, the locations are just so random.

???: Have the(eee), what do you call them, recruits, been exposed?

A. Peake: No, no, they've yet to be deployed.

???: Are you unable to remove them?

A. Peake: I’m afraid not.

???: Leave it then.

A. Peake: Err, sir, are you certain that's wise?

???: Just continue to monitor the subjects, Mr. Peake, that's what you're paid for. I want the memories decoded as soon as possible.

A. Peake: As you wish sir.

???: *sob* Relax Mr. Peake, if I thought that you would know, trust me.

A. Peake: Sir.

???: We're going to be making a few alterations to our internal structure, you will be briefed as we proceed.

A. Peake: Of course, sir. Is there anything I could do to help?

???: Well, you can start with your job!
