Pantasilea Baglioni was the wife of Bartolomeo d'Alviano, an Assassin. She was introduced to Ezio Auditore when he visited Bartolomeo to reestablished relationship between their guilds. She asked Ezio to help Bartolomeo defeat the a Borgia captain.
At some point, she was kidnapped by the Baron de Valois to force the surrender of Bartolomeo.
