Anna Maria Luisa de' Medici (1667 – 1743) was the last member of the Grand Ducal branch of the House of Medici. Although her elderly father and childless brother tried to secure her succession to the Grand Duchy of Tuscany upon their own deaths, she was barred due to her gender, and so Tuscany was inherited by the Habsburgs.

Like all the Grand Ducal Medici, Anna Maria Luisa herself was not a male-line descendant Lorenzo de' Medici. She was, however, directly descended from Caterina Sforza, who remarried to one of Lorenzo's cousins after Girolamo Riario's death.
