As Desmond relives Ezios memorys in Assassin's Creed Revelations , he finds Animus data fragments. Everyone of them will unlock a little mission on the Animus Island .
There's also an Achievement for collecting all Animus data fragments. It's called "Capped" (20G; Silver Trophy)
