Nymdesfelda was an offering altar located west of Glowecestre in Glowecestrescire, England.
During the 870s, the altar was visited by the Viking Eivor Varinsdottir, who made an offering of ten small bullhead fish.[1]
Trivia
- The altar may be a reference to the village of Nympsfield, whose Old English name was Nymdesfelda, also located in Gloucestershire.
