Norðri, Suðri, Austri and Vestri were four dwarves of Norse mythology.[1]

After Odin, Vili, and murdered Ymir and tore him to pieces, his skull became the sky and Norðri, Suðri, Austri, and Vestri held it aloft,[1] one on each corner.[2]
