The Nautilus Gauntlet was an Assassin Gauntlet inspired by and named after the submarine of the same name commanded by Captain Nemo in Jules Verne's 1870 novel, Twenty Thousand Leagues Under the Sea.

In November 2015, it was made available through an Animus modification to a Helix Initiate who was exploring the genetic memories of the Victorian era British Assassins Jacob and Evie Frye.[1]
