The Morrigan was a heavily modified sloop captained by former Assassin-turned-Templar Shay Cormac during the Seven Years' War. It was one of the most advanced warships during its time. The Morrigan featured advanced weaponry such as puckle guns, cannonade and burning oil.

- The Morrigan featured wolves on its sails and figurehead.
- The ship shared its name with a figure from Irish mythology called "The Morrígan". She was the goddess of strife, battle and sovereignty. She was also depicted as a crow, giving the Morrigan an avian namesake along with the Aquila and Jackdaw.
