The Monger's Dominator was a heavy mace which belonged to the Monger within the Isu Aletheia's simulation of Tartaros, a part of the Greek underworld.
The mace ended up in the hands of the Spartan misthios Kassandra after she slew the Monger in Tartaros.[1]

Behind the scenes
The Monger's Dominator, a weapon in Assassin's Creed: Odyssey's DLC The Fate of Atlantis: Torment of Hades, shares the same model as the commonly found Kolossos Mace, a weapon in the main game. These are both the recycled model of the Face-Breaker, a weapon in Assassin's Creed: Origins.
