Miller was the Commander of the Royal Guards stationed at the Tower of London during the mid-19th century.
In 1868, when the Assassin Evie Frye infiltrated the Tower to find Lucy Thorne, who was searching for a Shroud of Eden, she freed Miller from his imprisonment by the Templars, who were posing as Royal Guards. As a token of his gratitude, he then ordered the authentic Royal Guards not to attack Evie, who was fighting on their side. Following Evie's assassination of Thorne, Miller and the Royal Guards succeeded in eliminating the remaining Templars and reclaiming control of the Tower.[1]
