Trivia

  • Benyaer has a Master of Fine Arts from UCLA, and a Law degree from the University of British Columbia.
  • According to his good friend Cas Anvar, Benyaer had auditioned for the role of Altaïr Ibn-La'Ahad, though the role was given to Anvar instead. However, his audition impressed the casting director enough that Benyaer was given the part of Darim Ibn-La'Ahad instead.
