Mentor of Rhodes (c. 385 BC – c. 340 BC) was a Greek mercenary who fought for Artaxerxes III.

During Artaxerxes's invasion of Egypt, Mentor, along Bagoas served as commanders and led an army to what is later known as the Ka-Khem Nome, where they defeated the Egyptian army in battle.
