The Lover's Nest

The Lover's Nest was a type of armor for the torso which belonged to Anais, an Arkadian farmer who lived during the 5th century BCE.

During the Peloponnesian War, Anais gave the armor to the Spartan misthios and old friend Kassandra after they spent some time together in Tegea.[1]
