Lourenço de Noronha e Tavora (c. 1690 – unknown) was the Portuguese Governor of Mozambique from 1740 to 1743, and a member of the Templar Order.

De Noronha was cooperating with the British Templars to start a series of expeditions across the African continent, looking for First Civilization sites, but due the increasing menace of the Mazrui and the Omani Arabs, he ceased the activity and started retreating with his men south.
