Lewis Vulliamy (15 March 1791 – 4 January 1871) was an English architect of Swiss origin belonging to the Vulliamy family of clockmakers.

During the construction of the new clock tower of the Westminster Palace, Lewis was enlisted by the architect Charles Barry to design the clock itself.[1]
