Leofwine was a member of the Descendants of the Round Table, under their leader "Mordred" who operated out of their headquarters at Glastonbury Abbey.[1]
Biography[edit | edit source]
In 883, Leofwine led a group of mercenaries in a number of raids near Ravensthorpe seeking Eivor Varinsdottir and the Sword of Eden Excalibur's hidden location,[1] who had been travelling in Ireland at the time.[2] Upon her return, he managed to capture her, unaware that she had allowed this in order to gather information. As he attempted to interrogate her, Niamh of Argyll and some of Eivor's companions interrupted by attacking him. Surprised, Leofwine was quickly defeated.[1]
