Leni Horrowitz was the Lewis County Inspector in 2013.
Biography
In 20 November 2013, Horrowitz's report about an event where $10 million were wiped from numerous accounts in a New York bank was later included in the local newspaper. She interviewed a number of people for witness statements, including the theft victim Rosie McFee, SUNY Potsdam computer science professor Tamila Sharpe, Osceola resident Dean Briant, and Captain George Perez, who was the man responsible for the case before he passed it along to the Federal Bureau of Investigation.[1]
