Lato (Ancient Greek: Λατώ) was an ancient city and polis in Pephka on the Greek island of Krete. Its patron goddess was Eileithyia.

During the Peloponnesian War, the Spartan misthios Kassandra came to the city looking for the Minotaur.[1]
