Trivia
- The sword is modeled on the European longsword that is traditionally used with two hands.
- La Volpe's Bite is identical to Bouchart's Blade from Assassin's Creed II (which may be unlocked by linking a saved game with Assassin's Creed: Bloodlines).
- It makes an appearance in Assassin's Creed: Revelations as the French Bastard Sword with the statistics of Damage-3, Speed-4, and Deflect-3.
- Notably, the sword is featured as a heavy weapon, instead of a single-handed sword.
