La Volpe's Bite is a sword obtainable in Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood. You get this sword once you complete all challenges La Volpe gives you. Like all other weapons avaible through guild challenges, shop quest', and purchases, La Volpe's bite can be found at your Tiber Island hideout. It is found on the same rack as the Sword of Altair.
It maxes out all stats except for damage, making it one of the best ranged weapons in the game. This weapon is actually Armand Bouchart's blade from Assassin's Creed: Bloodlines and Assassin's Creed II.

Trivia
- La Volpe's Bite, like Maria's Dagger and several other weapons, is simply a renamed weapon. In Assassin's Creed II, it was called "Bouchart's Blade", and can be unlocked via interconnectivity with Bloodlines from the PSP.
- The Assassins use a slightly unconventional style of wielding La Volpe's Bite. The sword is modeled on a European longsword , which is traditionally taught as a two-handed weapon, even in the Italian school of swordsmanship that Ezio would have had access to. The Assassins use it in the less common single-handed style.
