The Kolossos Mace was a mace used in the 5th century BCE Greece.
During the Peloponnesian War, the Monger of the Peloponnesian League branch of the Cult of Kosmos was seen wielding a mace akin to the Kolossos Mace. However, the mace was a staple in the inventories of blacksmiths, and was generally widely used in Greece.[1]

Behind the scenes
The Kolossos Mace, a weapon in Assassin's Creed: Odyssey, shares the same model as a number of other weapons in the same game, for example the Champion's Mace and the Mace of Justice, as well as the Monger's Dominator in the DLC The Fate of Atlantis: Torment of Hades. These are all the recycled model of Face-Breaker, a weapon in Assassin's Creed: Origins.
The Greek word κολοσσός (kolossós) means '(large) statue', and is where English gets the word colossus and its variants.
