For his older cousin, see Juan Borgia the Elder.

Juan Borgia the Younger (1474 - June 14, 1497) was the son of Rodrigo Borgia - the Grand Master of the Templar Order - and the older brother of Cesare, Lucrezia and Jofré.
Juan being his favorite son, Rodrigo made him the Captain General of the Papal Army, when the latter became Pope in 1492. His brother Cesare, who knew his life as a Cardinal would lead nowhere, had his brother killed by Fiora Cavazza on 14 June 1497, in the very same building that would become the Assassin guild hideout.[1]
