John Fitzwilliams was a New York City official during the American Revolution.
Alternate timeline
Fitzwilliams was presumably either a patriot who became corrupted by the Apple of Eden's influence. He was put in charge of the food sold in New York City. While under King Washington's rule, Fitzwilliams controlled the prices, often inflating them to fill his own pockets, as well as the King's.
