Jofré Borgia (1482 – 1522) was the third and youngest son of Pope Alexander VI and Vannozza dei Cattanei, and brother to Juan Borgia, Cesare Borgia and Lucrezia Borgia.

After the siege of Monteriggioni in January of 1500, Jofré was given the Auditore Cape as a war trophy. When the Assassins fully rebuilt Rome in 1503, however, Jofré's chamberlain took the cape and returned it to Ezio Auditore da Firenze.
