Jacopo d'Andrea Saltarelli (1459 – unknown) was an artist's model during the early Renaissance.

In 1476, Saltarelli was anonymously denounced for practising homosexual prostitution. The aspiring artist Leonardo da Vinci and three other men were accused of soliciting Saltarelli. Although the case fell apart due to lack of evidence, Leonardo and the others continued to suffer from the accusations.
