Jacob Frye (1847 – unknown) was a British Assassin active in London during the Victorian Era, and the twin brother of Evie Frye.
Alongside her, Jacob led the Rooks, a criminal syndicate opposing the Templars. Unlike his level-headed and stealthy sister, Jacob was reckless and rebellious.
